VAT Refund Information
If your point of departure is France, you may still claim the VAT refund when the form has not been stamped by French Customs because of the organisation of the service, in exceptional circumstances:
You have to address, within 6 months after the date of purchase of your goods, a request for a tax refund to the Regional Directorate of Customs and Excise whose jurisdiction includes your point of departure from the European Union (List of Regional Directorates)
